  • Will Hypnotherapy work for me?
    If you want hypnotherapy to work for you, it will work for you. Client commitment is key to achieving the best results possible.
  • How many sessions will I need?
    The number of sessions will vary depending on the reasons you are seeking hypnotherapy. Stop Smoking is a single 2 hour session and some phobias only require 4 sessions. However, other mental health conditions will take longer. I will offer an estimated number of sessions when I conduct the initial consultation. Generally speaking, 8-10 sessions is the average but this will vary.
  • Is trance safe?
    Trance is very safe. It is a very ordinary, and natural, state of mind and we go into trance many times a day. Examples of this are; when we are driving a car, out for a walk or watching the tv.
  • Are you registered with any professional bodies?
    Yes, I am a registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy, the National Board for Modern Psychotherapy and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapists.
  • Is online Hypnotherapy as effective?
    Yes, most of my clients prefer to have their sessions online due to it enabling them to be relaxed and comfortable in their own homes. This relaxation helps their progress with the therapy. It also enables me to work with clients on a national and international scale.
